At Gedankenfabrik, we've been exploring and collaborating with AI for the last decade. Trying out as much as possible ourselves has always helped us. It lets us understand new developments quickly, put them to use, and reflect on them critically. We bring that hands-on experience straight to your teams. The starting point is always your business strategy, not the technology. Within our Strategic Reinvention approach, AI supports each dimension of your reinvention, but only where it genuinely adds value. That keeps AI part of the whole transformation, never an isolated tech project.

IN PRACTICE
Over the years, we've tested hundreds of tools, tried AI hardware, and built our own secure, EU-hosted AI solution and agentic framework for automations. Alongside our day-to-day strategic projects, we've built automations with no- and low-code tools like n8n and Make, run global team formats on AI, and provided 1:1 sparring for management. Two examples make it concrete:
Virtual Customer
Virtual Customer is one of our own prototypes, built to show how fast an idea can turn into a working tool. Instead of guessing what customers think, your team talks to lifelike personas that respond like real people, with distinct profiles, priorities, and objections. It's a fast, low-risk way to sharpen positioning, test a product range, or refine messaging, so you walk into real customer conversations already knowing where the friction is. What used to take weeks of research becomes a conversation you can have today.
Applied AI Workshops
Prompting Workshops turn AI from something a few people dabble with into a skill the whole team actually owns. Instead of a one-off training that's forgotten by Monday, we run hands-on sessions, from a recent Vibe Coding workshop in Hamburg to ongoing upskilling, where people work on their own real tasks and leave with prompts and habits they can use the next day. It's a practical, low-pressure way to build confidence at every level, so AI capability keeps growing long after we've gone. This is where Applied AI meets Relearn Forever: learning that doesn't stop when the workshop ends.
